AP Moller Maersk to increase its stake in South Asia Gateway Terminals

AP Moller Maersk will increase its stake in South Asia Gateway Terminals (SAGT), Colombo Port's transshipment facility, to 26.25 pct through buying Dubai Ports World's 16.25 pct stake in the company, Sri Lankan paper Lanka Business Online reported. AP Moller Maersk already holds 10 pct of SAGT through its ownership of P&O Nedlloyd, the newspaper added.
