Shanghai Zhenhua Port extends 5-year sales contract with AP Moller Maersk

Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery Co Ltd said it has extended a five-year sales contract with AP Moller Maersk Group. In a statement filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company said under the new contract covering the period 2007 to 2011, ports under the AP Moller Group will purchase cranes from Shanghai Zhenhua.
The value of the cranes to be purchased from Zhenhua this year will not be less than 250 mln usd, the company said. The company added it still needs to sign concrete contracts with individual ports under AP Moller later.
