Loading at railways of CIS and Baltic states up 7.4% in Q1 07, y-o-y

In January-March 2007, loading at railways of CIS and Baltic states grew by 7.4%, year-on-year. Cargo turnover grew by 12%. According to RZD-Partner, the information was announced at the meeting of railway administrations of CIS states, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia held on April 26. In 2006, the growth was 4.3% and 6% correspondingly.
