Container turnover of Ukraine’s ports up 32% in Jan.-Apr. 07, y-o-y

In January-April 2007, the ports of Ukraine handled 274.9 thou TEU (+32%, or +66.34 thou TEU, year-on-year), RZD-Partner reports. Export grew 25.2%, import – 34.6%. Export of loaded containers increased by 4.3%, import – by 36%. The share of the port of Odessa and the port of Iljichevsk has not changed a lot: 52% against 48% respectively.
