Hanjin and Emirates Shipping join INTTRA's network

Seoul, Korea-based Hanjin Shipping and Dubai, UAE-based Emirates Shipping have joined INTTRA’s network, which now has 24 member carriers.
Bobby Lim, INTTRA’s managing director for China & Korea noted that the addition of Hanjin to INTTRA’s network provides “a significant milestone for the development of e-commerce in the industry,” and will enable Hanjin to expand its e-commerce offerings.
According to Tony Wines, INTTRA’s director of carrier account management, Emirates Shipping Line has a very forward-thinking approach to using e-commerce, and INTTRA believes that it products and services match Emirates’ needs.
INTTRA is the largest e-commerce platform for the ocean industry representing almost 70% of the ocean freight capacity among the world’s top ocean carriers. INTTRA initiates more than 200,000 container orders a week and originates in excess of $12 billion worth of ocean freight.
