Cargo turnover of Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company up 31% in Jan-May 07, y-o-y

Cargo turnover of Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company made 145.141 thd TEU in Jan-May 2007, that is 31% more then in 2006, company's announcement states according to AK&M.
In Jan-May transshipment volume of transit containers decreased 4 times to 7.525 thd TEU, export containers volume rose by 31% to 52.76 thd TEU, import transshipment rose by 45% to 84.273 thd TEU, cabotage containers' volume - by 16% to 6.221 thd TEU.
In May cargo turnover grew by 31% to 31.291 thd TEU. Transit volume decreased 1.6 times to 270 TEU. Export containers transshipment grew by 37% to 12.093 thd TEU, cabotage transshipment decreased by 5% to 1.457 TEU. Import containers volume rose by 34% to 17.471 thd TEU.
