ROSA Holding LLC was set up in November 2004, as a management structure integrating different business assets: coal production, ports and petroleum chemistry. In Kemerovo region ROSA Holding manages the assets of coal company ROSA Kuzbass. In the North-West region ROSA Holding is represented by ROSA St. Petersburg LLC operating the ports of Vyborg and Vysotsk. Besides, ROSA Holding holds the assets of Nelidovo plastics plant OJSC in Tver region.

In May 2007, stevedoring company Vysotski Port LLC handled 426.886 thou tonnes of Russian coal, press release of ROSA Holding LLC reads. In January-May 2007, the port’s throughput made 1.682 million tonnes (+7%, year-on-year).
