Almaz will pay dividends at RUR 2.81 million

The shareholders of Almaz shipping firm decided direct 2.81 mil rub to dividend payment for 2006 at 5.53 rub per one preferred share. The dividends for common shares won't be paid, said in the announcement.
The dividends are planed to be paid by cash assets until December 31, 2007.
The shareholders also approved annual report, year-end financial statements and profit distribution.
PRIMA audit was appointed company's auditor.
The BOD structure was formed of Dmitry Ignatiev, Andrey Boichevsky, Boris Alexandrov, Dmitry Khodikin, Alan Kazbekov, Igor Vishniakov, Mikhail Beburov.
Almaz shipping firm was founded in St. Petersburg in 1931. Company's net profit made 505 thd rub in 2006.
