Agility, the new name for PWC Logistics, has signed an agreement to acquire two logistics companies in Singapore, building its presence in the energy and break/bulk sectors in southeast Asia.
Agility's new acquisitions - Synergy Shipping Pte Ltd (SSPL) and Synergy Logistics Pte Ltd (SLPL), specialise in the transportation of oilfield tubulars and related exploration and drilling equipments.
