Mobi Dick has come to terms with Saint Petersburg government

Yesterday the agreement was signed by Finnish company Mobi Dick holding a lease of the territory located close to the construction site of protective structure complex (PSC). According to Fontnka.Ru, Valentina Matvienko, Saint Petersburg Governor, announced that before the meeting of municipal government. “We have signed an agreement according to which the territory is to be transferred to Gosstroy (Russian Federation Construction Committee) on a temporary basis for the period of the vessel-pass C1 construction. On finalization of the construction the territory is to be returned to Mobi Dick. The company has been provided with all necessary guarantees, which I am ready to confirm once more”, Matvienko said.
