Industrial Investors to buy container terminal at Vostochny port

Industrial Investors group of companies negotiates about acquisition of the largest container terminal of Russia’s Far East region, Commersant newspaper reports according to RZD-Partner. The terminal is located at Vostochny port (Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company LLC, 75% held by Severstaltrans, 25% – by international group P&O Ports). According to Sergei Generalov, President of Industrial Investors, the negotiations with the major holder have not been finalized yet. Besides, the group considers acquisition of shares of container terminal at Novorossijsk port and at ilyichevsk port (Ukraine).
