Avalon company (Moscow) plans to build 75,000 m2 logistics center in Rostov region, representative of the region’s Investment Development Agency reports according to RZD-Partner referring to Interfax. The company has acquired plot of land 5 kilometers from Rostov-on-Don close to М4 "Don” highway. The project is estimated to be costing $50 million. Financing is to be carried out by Raven Russia investment fund (Great Britain). The construction is to start in the second quarter of 2007 and to finalize in the first quarter of 2008.
