Norwegian-based, John Fredriksen-controlled Deep Sea Supply saw Q3 freight revenues increase by 92% over Q2, to NKr53.6m (US$23.8m).The company notes: “Market conditions improved in the 3rd quarter to historically high levels and Deep Sea Supply ASA enjoyed the good market by having available tonnage in the North Sea spot market.” It adds that it expects revenues will increase further in Q4.Deep Sea says: “Vessels' operating expenses were slightly reduced hence the company's EBITDA improved significantly to NKr111.6m. compared to NKr35.6m in the 2nd quarter. The Company's net result for 3rd quarter was NKr79.5m.”
