K-Line Logistics establishes new JV in Australia

K-Line Logistics has established K-Line Logistics (Australia) – a new 50:50 joint venture company with Kawasaki (Australia).Based in Melbourne, K- Line Logistics (Australia) officially began operations on September 1st.Sydney-based Kawasaki (Australia) and K-Line Logistics are subsidiaries Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha Ltd.This is K-Line Logistics’ first organisation in Australia, and the company says it will make every effort to get into this new market with the support of K-Line group companies that have had extensive business activities in Australia for decades.K-Line Logistics plans to expand its global network further, and its long-term management plan aims to triple its handling volume.
