Container turnover of Iljichevsk Commercial Seaport totals 229 893 TEU in 10M06

Container turnover of Iljichevsk terminal (Ukraine) amounted to 229 893 TEU in January-October 2006 (+0.8% against year-on-year result). According to the press release of National Container Company, in October 2006 the terminal handled 29 630 TEU (or 16 968 units), including 14 391 TEU of import (8195 units), 15 155 TEU of export (8729 units), as well as 84 TEU (44 units) of coastal trade. The figure includes 18 168 TEU of loaded containers and 11 462 TEU of empty containers.
