Russian First Deputy Prime Minister says new seaport should be built in Murmansk

Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov says it is necessary to build a new seaport in Murmansk instead of the development of the existing infrastructure, RBC reports. "There is nothing to develop at the existing territories, which are to be left soon,” Ivanov said at a meeting of the Russian governmental maritime Board in Moscow on Friday. According to him, it is not reasonable to invest budgetary funds into the existing terminal.
