FEZ to facilitate construction of railway and port in Murmansk - Levitin

The decision of the RF Government on construction of free economic zone in Murmansk region may facilitate the construction of new railway and seaport, RF Minister of  Transport Igor Levitin said in Sochi Tuesday. According to RZD-Partner referring to Interfax, the Ministry of Transport earlier planned to build a new railway and port in 2010-2015 as a new district for transshipment of coal and oil products is to be built on the west side of the Kola Bay in the Murmansk region.
