Under a deal with a South African oil firm, Daewoo Shipbuilding will deliver a floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel by 2013.
In a separate deal with the U.S., Daewoo Shipbuilding will deliver an offshore facility by 2013, it added.
With the two deals, Daewoo Shipbuilding has won contracts this year worth $7.3 billion to build vessels and offshore facilities, accounting for 73 percent of its yearly order target.
Shares of Daewoo Shipbuilding were trading at 20,500 won on the Seoul bourse as of 9:42 a.m., up 2.24 percent.
