INEOS to build deep sea ethylene terminal in Belgium

INEOS Group will build and operate a deep sea terminal at Zwijndrecht, near Antwerp in Belgium. The London-based chemicals company said the ethylene terminal will connect to its ethylene-consuming facilities in the Antwerp area and Europe via the ARG ethylene pipeline.
The terminal will also connect to INEOS Olefins & Polymers Europe and the INEOS Oligomers LAO/PAO facility in Belgium.
INEOS said ARG operates a pipeline grid linking Antwerp to Cologne and the Ruhr industrial areas.
