Donrechflot’s Board sets up three branches

Board of Directors of Donrechflot JSC (Rostov-on-Don, part of Azov-Don Shipping Company) at a meeting on Aug. 5th agreed, following the general annual stockholders' meeting, to establish Donrechflot’s three branch offices, Aksai branch (on the basis of Donflotremont), Ust-Donetsk branch (based on the Ust-Donetsk Shipyard) and Kalachevsky branch (on the basis of Kalachevskaya Repair and Operational Fleet Base JSC).

Igor Kulnev was appointed director of Aksai branch, Leonid Weinman took over the office of Kalachevsky branch, Ust-Donetsk branch will be headed by Sergey Tkachenko.

Donrechflot JSC is part of the Azov-Don Shipping Company Group, which was established in 2002. The Holding comprises of more than 20 shipping companies, including four shipping companies, 4 ports, several dockyards, agency, service and freight forwarding companies. Azov-Don Shipping Company’s fleet includes more than 200 vessels for various purposes.  In 2009 Donrechflot boosted its freight traffic volume by 2.1 times year-over-year, to 1 million 989.564 thousand tons. The Group plans to increase this year cargo turnover by 1.9 times as much, to 3.78 million tons.
