COSCO Container Lines Co.,Ltd to hand over the following Intra-Europe business to COSCO Container Lines Europe GmbH, effective from 1st January, 2015, the company said in its press release.
1. Six Intra-Europe services, namely, Russia Finland Service (RFS), Adriatic Feeder Service (AFS), East Med Feeder Service Express (MSX), COSCON Naples Express (PNX), Med Feeder Service Express (MFS) and Med/West Africa Service (MAF).
2. The short-leg slots on all of COSCON’s main line services within Europe region.
3. Other services relevant to Europe region in the future.
The specific time of transfer will be further notified. COSCO Container Lines Europe GmbH shall take the responsibility for the daily operation as well as the business result and issuance of B/Ls under the name of COSCO Container Lines Europe GmbH right after the transfer.
