Rosmorrechflot considers industry business' proposal on freezing lease rates for 2 years

Rosmorrechflot considers the proposal of the industry business on freezing the lease rates for a 2-year period, IAA PortNews journalist cites Konstantin Stasyuk, deputy head of Rosmorrechflot (Federal Marine and River Transport Agency), as saying at the general meeting of Association of Commercial Sea Ports. 

He says the proposal was forwarded as an anti-crisis measure by JSC Morcenter TFC.

“The official replay is being prepared but I think an individual approach should be applied to this issue,” Konstantin Stasyuk emphasized.
