CMA CGM has announces the following Rate Restoration:
Effective May 1st, 2016 (B/L date):
From the Middle East and Upper Gulf except Saudi Arabia
    To West Africa's Central and South range ports: USD 200 per TEU
    To West Africa's North range ports: USD 150 per TEU
    All cargo except Reefers
