State Duma of Russia approves draft law on line shipping

State Duma of the Russian Federation says it has approved in the third reading the draft law “On introduction of amendments into the Merchant Shipping Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 17 and 19 of the Federal Law “On seaports of the Russian Federation and on introduction of amendments into certain legislation acts of the Russian Federation””. The draft law has been developed in order to improve legal framework related to transportation of cargo, passengers and their luggage by line shipping.
