  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:
  
  Average price of IFO-380 HS - $167 pmt.

  Average price of MGO - $427 pmt.

  Average price of ULSFO - $387 pmt (-$5).

  IFO-380 HS prices range between $160 pmt and $180 pmt, ULSFO – between $350 and $400 pmt.
  
  Maximum MGO price is RUB 38,500 pmt.
