Samskip Multimodal has been ISO9001 certified since 1990. Every three years, Samskip to undergo a certification renewal audit where an independent reviewer is brought in to assess whether Samskip still complies with this standard.
After eight extensive audit days at the Rotterdam, Oslo and Ipswich offices, the Lloyd's Register auditor concluded that Samskip in fact:

Realize continuous improvement and improvement projects;
Reach and maintain a high level of customer service;
Have effective and efficient procedures in place.
