Equipment delivered to construction site of NIBULON's transshipment terminal in Mykolaiv

The company continues constructing its complex for shipment of grain and oilseeds with the capacity of 43 thousand tons at NIBULON's transshipment terminal in Mykolaiv. NIBULON says the construction is carried out with the support of the International Finance Corporation.

At present, the specialists are performing reinforcing, installing storm drain, laying cables at NIBULON’s construction site in Mykolaiv. The leading world manufacturers are delivering equipment to be installed and assembled there. We have received some equipment earlier, in particular silos from FRAME S.R.L. (Italy) with a capacity of 7,354 tons, chain conveyors, roller through belt conveyors, belt and bucket elevators, grain cleaning equipment from Bühler GmbH (Germany), hopper scales with a capacity of 600 tons/hour and hopper scales with a capacity of 300 tons/hour from PRECIA S.A. (France), single sheet piles from ThyssenKrupp Infrastructure GmbH (Germany), drum screens (2 units) from Cimbria Unigrain A/S (Denmark), SIMATEK filters from UAB Liucija (Lithuania).

We expect to receive NZO-0-KM-3-3L-VE-K loading devices (4 units) from NIBULON’s new supplier HENNLICH s.r.o. (Czech Republic) by the end of February.

We also start cooperating with the French company ETS DENIS. This is the first time we buy equipment from this company, namely auger conveyors with a capacity of 175 tons/hour to equip the silos.  They will be delivered at the beginning of February 2018.Preference to the technical equipment of the company was given in view of its defining parameters and technical characteristics, as well as the delivery time.

We would remind you that upon construction completion, which is scheduled for the beginning of February 2018, total capacity of grain silos located at the transshipment terminal will attain 173 thousand tons. It will be possible to store seven different crops separately and simultaneously at the transshipment terminal when the new complex is put into operation. In addition, the terminal will be capable of receiving all crops and ensuring continuous transportation of agricultural products along the Southern Buh River all the marketing year long.
