The Nenets Autonomous Region and State Corporation Rosatom signed a cooperation agreement on using the Indiga port as a port hub for transshipment of international transit cargoes from feeder lines to the Arctic fleet for further transportation along the Europe–Asia–Europe route.
The Agreement was signed by Alexander Tsybulskiy, Governor of Nenets Autonomous Region, and Alexey Likhachev, General Director of Rosatom at the ‘Arctic: Territory of Dialogue’ 5th International Arctic Forum in Saint-Petersburg. The document came into effect on the day of signing and will be valid for five years.
