  Bunker prices increase at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

  

  Global oil prices are changing showing no dynamics with investors’ reaction to consequences of the storm in the Gulf of Mexico and Chinese statistics.

  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, average indicative bunker prices at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia, were as follows:
  
  Average price of IFO-380 HS - $370 pmt (+$10).

  Average price of MGO - $578 pmt (+$13).

  Average price of ULSFO - $532 pmt (+$12).

  Foreign currency prices of IFO-380 HS are ranging between $360 and $380 pmt.
  
  Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam decreased by $23 on the average.

  The prices depend on the amount of fuel sold and on availability of fuel in stock.
