Northern Shipping Company OJSC (Archangelsk) withdrew from shareholding of Archangelsk Sea Commercial Port (AMTP OJSC), Interfax cites the company according to Gudok.Ru. Northern Shipping Company owned 19.73% of AMTP shares. Interfax failed to get any comments on the reasons of withdrawal. As of today, major shareholders of ASTP OJSC are Norilsk Nickel Company – 53.5% of shares, Federal Property Management Agency (Rosimushchestvo) -20%. Joint stock company Archangelsk Sea Commercial Port is one of 16 stevedoring companies operating in the port of Archangelsk. Control package of stock of Northern Shipping Company is held by Murmansk Shipping Company.
