ESPO oil pipeline to reach full capacity by 2012

Transneft's Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean (ESPO) oil pipeline is expected to reach its full capacity by late 2011 - early 2012, the oil company's Vice President Mikhail Barkov said during an energy forum according to RBC. He reiterated that the completion of the first stretch of the pipeline was postponed until late 2009. Barkov also said that Transneft intended to launch the construction of the second stretch in 2008.
