ZIM’s recently established East-West Express Service (EWX), connecting major Asian and North European ports, will from now on also call Hong Kong on its westbound schedule, onwards to Europe. The first vessel to call Hong Kong will be m/s ZIM Genova Voyage 816, scheduled to call Hong Kong on April 18th. The ZIM EWX service westbound schedule will therefore include the following ports: Shanghai (CN), Xiamen (CN), Hong Kong (CN), Shekou (CN), Port Kelang (MY), Bremerhaven (DE), Tilbury (UK), Antwerp (BE) and Le Havre (FR).
The addition of Hong Kong will further enhance this efficient service between Asia and Northern Europe. The Hong Kong and Shekou calls are conveniently scheduled at the end of the week, another advantage for shippers.
