In 2008 OJSC "Russian Railways" plans to finish works in the framework of the investment projects on development of transport corridors Kuzbass - the Far-Eastern railway junction, Kuzbass - Azov - Black Sea railway junction and Kuzbass - North-East.
As the service on public relations reported to RIA PrimaMedia, 19,3bln Rubles will be directed into completion of these projects in 2008.
In 2008 OJSC "RR" plans to invest over 6,2bln Rubles in completion of works on development of the transport corridor Kuzbass - the Far-Eastern railway junction. During a year over 24km of station lines, 65 point works, 58 km of secondary lines are to be put into operation.
Reconstruction of 1,5km of formation, renewal of devices of contact communication on the part of the Zabaikalye railway Urusha - Magdagachi, complex reconstruction of the locomotive depot Zima of the Eastern Siberian railway, and also development of the station Khabarovsk-2 (park A) of the Far-Eastern railway is to be held.
