Average wholesale price for M-100 heavy fuel oil on the Russian spot market in October 27-31 lost RUB 439.0 on last week to RUB 10,529.0 per metric ton (pmt), the market specialist Kortes said in a recent market review.
The bunker indications for Russia's regional markets are as follows:
- North-West Federal District M100 heavy fuel oil price gained RUB 20 to RUB 11,750.0 pmt;
- Central Federal District the product price fell RUB 337.0 to settle at RUB 9,646.0 pmt;
- Volga Federal District the product price dropped by RUB 208.0 to 9,638.0 pmt;
- Southern Federal District – the price remained unchanged week-on-week, at RUB 11,600.0 pmt;
- Siberian Federal District - the product price RUB 501.0 to settle at RUB 11,581.0 pmt;
- Far Eastern Federal District - the product price plummeted by RUB 1,103.0 week-on-week to RUB 15,863.0 pmt.
