Van Oord to be present at the World Port Days in Rotterdam

On 4, 5 and 6 September, Van Oord will be present at the World Port Days in Rotterdam, when the event will be held for the 38th time, the company said in its press release. This year, heavy lift vessel Svanen will be moored along the Parkkade quay. Visitors will not only be given a unique insight into the world of marine engineering when they visit the stand, they can also step aboard the Svanen.
With a height of 102 metres, the Svanen will be the tallest participant at the World Port Days. The ship – with a lifting capacity of more than 9,000 tonnes – is part of Van Oord's advanced fleet for the installation of offshore wind parks.
