Throughput of Ukraine’s river ports down 5.4% to 3.06 mln t in 8M’15

In January-August 2015, river ports of Ukraine handled 3.06 mln t of cargo (-5.4%, year-on-year), says press center of State Statistics Committee of Ukraine.

In the reported period, transshipment of import cargoes climbed by 17% to 252,300 t, export – up 19% to 1.66 mln t.

According to State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, seaports and river ports of Ukraine handled 98.69 mln t of cargo.
