Bunker prices at the port of Novorossiysk, Russia are flat after a slight decline last week.
Average indications at the nearest ports, Istanbul and Piraeus, have shown mixed movements within $15.
According to the IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, average price for IFO-380 НS was $265 per tonne, average price for MGO was $577.
MGO price is between $565 and $585 pmt, fuel oil price - between $255 and $275 pmt.
The difference between maximum/minimum price depends on the amount of sold fuel and its availability.
